From the Hospital, calcium was sky high, really fucked me up. Feeling better but still have to have some out patient tests done the next week or so.

I learned years ago about the importance of magnesium in balancing calcium in the body. I had a kidney stone in 1987 and did extensive research to understand how it formed in relation to my particular diet at the time. I searched around and found this very extensive article which explains it better than I ever could. Godspeed to better health, Lifts! I hope this article sheds light where the modern medical field refuses to enlighten.

Glad to see you out.. the look on your face at your last contest, you didn't look well. Could have just been the timing of the picture but you looked in pain

How does that happen?

I was taking oral D3 and tanning making more D, D spikes calcium and I was taking way to many tums feeding the raise in calcium, I also normally eat a lot of dairy. I was using malotan 2 as well, I don't know yet if this was a factor or not. I had heartburn from hell, puked four days straight, lost 10lbs at an already light weight. I'm feeling pretty good now.

Get some fresh spinach in ye Pop-eye, handfuls of fresh spinach every morning for 5 days, the leafier and greener the better! We need you around here😎!

Glad it was the hospital. I read the subject line and immediately my thoughts went to county. Lol.
Quit sucking all that 22 year old tit you old perv.

Oh, I've been there a few times in my crazy days, but not for a very long time.

Glad you're better man! Don't go overboard with the tan next time.
