I used to train with Rick (DG).We trained together on weekends and at least once during the week. His legs were strong as fuck just didnt grow real fast. His arms were every bit of 20in. He was esp huge during the winter when his weight would creep up over 240lbs a very lean 240lbs.
We were from the same very small town. He was a good man all heart and a stand up guy. He always had time for those around him. He is missed by those who knew him personally. He was haunted by personal demons that finally caught up with him. It was a senseless end to a good mans life. He was very fond of full brim fishing hats. He was seldom without one on his head. I keep the one he gave me hanging on the wall in my home gym. Its not much but it is a constant reminder of my lost friend.
RIP brother I hope you found the peace in death that eluded you in life.
