Labcorps Blood tests for BB

There was a post a while back and I thought I bookmarked the link but apparently my feeble mind failed me. There was a link to I believe Labcorp for getting blood tests without a prior Dr. visit.

I would like to keep better tabs on my blood work. Can someone refer me to the site?

Is the cost of the directlabs fee the total cost or is the cost directlabs plus Labcorp costs?
