1: Now, According to the Harris Benedict Formula, MY BMR is roughly 2400 Cals??? So, should I look at adding more cals in NOW, or roll w/ this layout for another few weeks before upping my Cals? I'm over 3 weeks into this diet now, and pretty fucking pleased w/ the results.

2: If/When I add in Cals, where should they be placed(meal times) and in what form? I don't do those 600-1200 Cals shakes....

BTW, Training 5 days a week, hard.

Am I reading this right? You are eating 64 egg whites a day? That's 448 egg whites a weak...Holy shit....

I love your dedication man...I couldn't do it but God Bless...That's why I'm 20% BF and not 10...

1) Between Norm and Fast Vj
2)True Meso bro, very easy to add on Fat...but lean out almost as easyly.
3)I've found w/ my first 2 meals in the day, I suffer no lethary at all. W/ the next 3(RP and CB) I usually have 30-45 minutes of feeling mildly "sluggish". Which is kinda odd considering my Carb intake is higher in the first 2 meals...

403 grams carbs = 1612 kcal
47 grams fat = 423 kcal

That's 3695 total kcal, not 2480.

Additionally, I'd say you could probably drop the protein and carbs a bit and up the healthy fats. Without knowing more details, that's about all the input I can give at the moment.
