I would say 3 weeks possibly. When I hurt my shoulder in July I wasn't very motivated for a little while there

Today was my first day back to the gym in 10 days. I worked out chest and I was stronger than last workout. I think it is good on the body to take some time off here or there

i slacked pretty hard in december and january. maybe two weeks i didn't go at all. i'm back in 5 days a week now.
