well it depends whatman has filters for their filtration units but all syringe filters are for syringes. There are certain types for certain liquids being filtered the main one is PVDF

I think cellulose acetate will withstand any solvent accept acid, that means ethyl oleate will not eat through it so fast.

Whatman is just the brand, they make syringe filters as well.

Membrane filters are for the vacuum filtration units, with top cub and receiving flask.
 
well i need to filter 9 ml of distilled water which should be ok right?? i need to balance out some acidic acid i have which is at 6%..

you dont carry .6 do you??

A couple posts up I told you to pm me! You need to check with admins at any board before you start touting your wares bro.

I figured I would have been contacted, kinda of like a salesman when you walk onto a car lot. Instead of getting pm's i have to pm and ask after I had already stated to the mods i pm's if i am speaking to the wrong person please direct me to the right person.

I stated earlier I was waiting on an answer from a mod after pm several. so instead of reading the thread fully and expecting a mod to tell me to pm them i kept checking my pm box hoping to get a response.
