Been a rough summer, but I watched my diet, did a bunch of swimming (sometimes 3-4 hours daily) and stayed active.
Started morning workouts today and thought, hell, not bad shape for being 53 and out of shape, least I thought I was until I saw this pic.
I took it this morning after my workout, 9/4/12.
Like my 11 yr old daughter said, "Dad, your 'out-of-shape' is like most people's 'dream body'!"
Not so sure about that, but it's a good base for a winter program for sure.
