Lower pecs

What top two/three exercises do you guys doom for your lower pecs???

Id personally go with dips, bench, decline DBs.. I find decline BB to have no stretch
 
I never really thought of dips as hitting my lower pecs. Is it better to hit tri's with chest? I typically to bi's and tri's on the same day.

It's not about better or worse universally, it's about finding what works best for YOU. I have hit tris with bis for many years, and also hit tris with chest, tris with delts, tris with back. Each has it's pros and cons. Experiment to see what gives you the best results.

That seems to be what I'm finding out. I think just switching it up in general will cause better results due to breaking the routine to help confuse the muscle. Thanks for your input Dawgpound.
 
vbar weighted dips and decline hammer strength press...i don't do lowers often...maybe i should though because i've always had the lower/outer pec fat/skin like hulk hogan
