Yes, boot camp sucked. All 3 months of it... SOI sucked and BUDS really sucked. Lol

(I'd do it all over again too)

Kill Kill Kill

without watching it, i can tell you that the coed army reception and basic is candy......there's a totally separate reception and basic (osut) for those in infantry mos's.....Sand Hill at ft benning is exclusively basic and ait for 11 series....so no sissy's and no women allowed

thats definately how the first day of bootcamp was...not to mention staying awake for the next 36 hrs and then finally getting to sleep for 3.5 hrs! semper fi do or die!

i got alotta friends who served in the army and we go back and forth all the time (all in fun)

Come on John!! Youre trying to stir up a fight. :mox:

I use to throw two marines in my ruck and do a ruck sack run. Like Irish said, you need to go to Sand hill Ft. Benning. The origin of the Infantry...Follow Me! Everyone knows Rangers Lead the Way! Even now I am approaching 40 and I can still carry Shovel, Yats, and Zomb on my back. :ance2:
Just Playin! One of the baddest guys to ever post on the boards was Genghis Khan, who only went to BellX1's old board Mass Universe. He was a 6'6" 280 lb Delta Force Army Ranger, and his wife (Mrs GK) told some pretty wild tales of his combat time in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I went to basic in 1987 Fort Jackson, South Carolina...wasn't easy and not coed... pretty tough...but learned discipline and got in really good shape...
