Instructions:

Open the zip file, an Excel page will open. Enter your body weight into cell B1 (red font) and hit enter. I've added a few comment macro targets to make it easier for everyone. I used a target of 17.5Cal per pound of body weight, which is the middle of the recommended 15-20cal/lb. You can play with the formula in cell B5 if you want to adjust that.
