May 2009 to March 2010 progress pics

This photo was taken in May 2009 at 260BW.
I had a 40" waist then. In March 2009, when I was on two heart medicines for BP and Cholesterol,
my blood results showed my cholesterol was 274, BP 134/90, and had headaches 3-5 days a week.
I realized I needed to do something.

I just took this photo today, March 25, 2010.
I currently weigh 230 and have a 34" waist.
In July 2009, I stopped both heart medicines.
In Oct 2009, I had my blood work done again.
My total cholesterol was 154, LDL 109, HDL 33.
Blood pressure, 120/80.
I may have had two minor headaches in the past month.
I will be 51 in July.
