3.5 weeks into diet no cardio yet.

My Legs and Back grow very quick, I just wish my chest would follow. Right now I am at a point where I don't know what to think about my physique. I think if I keep my diet good the next couple weeks can make me look a lot better. Also, I dropped from 227 - 213 without any cardio and this is my first time dieting, so I am pretty happy with that.
 
Looking good bro, right now im about 214lbs and 11%bf, and will be dieting my ass off during the next couple of months and into my cycle in august, hopefully i have some success....

Thanks guys for the comments. About the boner... No rado is was not erect, but it's hard to store all of it in the boxers, LOL

I have learned my lesson now. In the offseason I am going to take a new approach to bulking. I need to add crazy mass, but I also need to keep my bodyfat levels in check. It's nice to be able to eat whatever you want, get big, and not worry about fat in the winter, but eventually that fat has to come off.

I have some before pics if anyone wants me to post them. Also, I can post up my diet if you guys want to see what I am doing.

The bodyfat that I am now after 4 weeks of dieting is the highest I want it to get next offseason.
 
I have added in some cardio now, so hopefully things will pick up again. I don't know when I will weigh myself next, probably next weekend.

I also don't know if I will post new pics up, we'll have to see if I am happy with the progress.
 
Looking good easto... I would love to see the before pics... as well as see what diet and cardio/workout plan you are following...
 
Like I said screw the fat loss lets do some DC training and get huge, right now. lets go...

The diet was fun, I lost a good amount of fat (I posted some June 12 pics) but It is time to add some lean mass!
