But for about 4-5 months i was on a varaiation of ketosis diet.. I got really weak and started getting leaner.. but i hit a brick wall with that diet after about 2 months, but i stuck with it for about 4 months to give it a shot... i lost about 8 lbs and just steadly maintained my bodyfat % and body weight...

About a month ago i started back on a regular diet with carbs added back (oats in AM and brown rice or red potatoes through out the day) and i am leaning up faster with carbs. I actually can see a 4 pack lol.. my last 2 are under there somewhere...

but is it a mental thing? is it possibe i am leaning out better with carbs?

Having carbs in my diet has always worked better for me.. I have not had great results with little to no carbs at all... maybe my body reacts different?

what are your thoughts?
 
maybe its because warm weather started also..its easier to lean then also.. who knows...
 
I can't do the no carb thing either. It has never worked for me.

actually it's all good ..you gotta try different shit and run with what works for you.
 
and sometimes it does not mean certain diets dont work, the problem is your body gets used to them and anything new and different will make it react.
 
yup when i diet down i HAVE to keep my carbs up no matter what or i just go flat and look deflated. other people thrive on no carbs.
 
think about it bro...you lost all that weight eating carbs...so why not stick with that...but I do understand tryin new shit, but stick to what you know works
 
with some churasco in that bitch..not best for cutting but i gots ta have my churasco every day
