Me cutting naturally

So I haven't been on anything since jan and that's when I decided to diet lol I know not the smartest idea I lost alot of muscle n size with some bf anyways here's an updated pic I will continue the diet for the summer then start lean bulking bak up

Bro, thanks for posting your pic. Don't know much about your regiment but I admire your desire to try natty for a while. All the more reason your diet must be super strict. Certainly no gut on you! Hope you do well Joe!

I'm not joking about not being on the sauce haven't been on any since jan not that I stayed on ridiculously long times I avg one cycle a year just I usually don't diet down that much and defiantly know why people like to be on while dieting helps keep alot of muscle
 
Not to be the odd ball here but ,,,,,you need to eat son , and eat alot .......
Just out of curiosity how many "cycles " have you ran because well just to be honest it doesnt appear your holding any muscle from the past cycles.....
Seriously , not to be a shithead or anything but imo your way to damn skinny , no meat on your bones and I would consider stopping the diet and Eat lots and eat clean , Stay lean but gain some size dude. Cuz if that pic is seriously you , your WAY to damn skinny and at that low of BF you should be seeing rips and cutts in muscle definition .

Yeh I dropped alot my muscle with my diet lol 185. @ 510ish
I've 5 cycles but 2 of them were before I took over a year and a half off the gym so I got fat n lost muscle lol then I've done 3 since... Yeh I know I look small all I hear all day is I lost all my siZe from everyone
 
Now would be a good time to add back in heavy deads, squats and bench and over head press. Add in more protein. You will fill back in some. After cycling your muscles have more size memory. they have more nuclei and mitochondria now so pound on them and they will grow. Believe me. I have shit BBing genetics, am old and retarded and it works for me.

^^This plus do what BT said and eat like crazy lots of good clean food.

Don't wanna sound like a dick either, but I agree with BT. Dude, the last thing you need is gear - what you need is hitting the iron, the basics, for about 5 years, along with alot of food. No way you are ready for gear.

not to be an asshole, but there's nothing to cut...you're already skinny and need the added muscle which in turn will burn fat faster than undereating/dieting and cardio will
 
I think all of the above posts are constructive critisim ,yes you are skinny and to alot of us that look is unhealthy but , Maybe its the Picture itself that is misleading us , Regardless the pic you posted looks very skinny and as mentioned above it doesnt appear to be the desired 6 pack in there that your looking to aquire .
Hats off to you for the OP thread at going about it all natural and yes your diet apparently is clean , very clean but with that as you mentioned you must have lost alot of muscle .
If your goal is to continue the path of cutting down and dieting further than by all means you should achieve that and complete that goal as setting goals and going through with them till completion is a very important part of this journey we all travel .
Were all here to help eachother at AE and to have the support we need and strive to find .
 
I am gonna combine much advice here and add one more, detracting from a sound piece of advice to go gear free (I should prolly agree, but thats not what I would do). Train like GLyco said, eat more and ALOT more like everyone said, and fill up a stick with about 2ml sust tonight and stick it in your right ass cheek. Stick another one Wed and another next sun. Repeat for 12 weeks. (ignore this advice if you dont choose to eat big and train big). Keep eating 4800 clean cals a day and pour in some more for snacks if you can stand it. Get a macro split down that works for your metabolism. Start with maybe 30/30/40.

Want abs? Go ahead and work the shit out of your core a day a week as to not detract from your heavy ass deads, squats, bench, and OH presses. And do rack pulls too with more weight than you dead every other week. Then you will have abs, and of you are eating clean with your bulk diet, you will see them.
