Okay finally got all my meats cooked for the week.

16-Chicken Legs
14-Talapia Filets
1- Pork Loin
4- Chicken Breast

What are you guys eating this week.
 
I eat 8 eggs, 4 breasts, shakes, rice and oats ed.

I either eat some kind of lean beef or fish for supper ed and veggies.

Okay looks good. That is only my meats. I have a steamed veggie, rice or potatoes with each meal.

4000-5000 calories all the time or else I loose weight fast!
 
I have to cook atleast twice a week or I can't choke down week old chicken.. Plus I'm moving towards a lot more fish (cod)

Yeah it can get dry. But I work 12 hour shifts. Have to do it all on the weekend.
 
It sucks working long hours and trying to eat right, I used to get made fun of I would take a rotisserie chicken, a can of minute oats, a gallon of skim milk and snacks and eat it all in 12 hour shift lol
 
Fish chicken thighs buffalo meat venison eggs are my usual protein sources lots of fiberous veggies plus a fiber sup and yams brown rice and whole wheat noodles I don't cheat myself of stuff either if I want a piece of cake I eat it

Gotta be careful with the instant oatmeal VERY high glycemic index. Not positive about minute oats.... I'll look into that and double check

Im with u! I have a usual base of 4 good meals, two shakes, and if I want to or feel like eating anything else I do. Its good to vary your caloric intake and carbs anyway.

I watch what I eat more these days, I have the time to. I eat brown rice and whole grain pasta alot, and some sweet potatos. My old job I worked so hard in 110 degree heat, I could eat any thing I wanted back then and stay about 10% bf. Now I sit around alot so I don't have that luxury anymore.
 
for years I thought pasta was a healthy food till found out it turned into sugar and was about as healthy as chocolate fudge.
That was a real shock!
 
I eat a ton of lean ground sirloin/ lots of eggs, chicken and steak. My veggies are asparagus and green beans. Lots of olive oil.
