Last night, supersetting incline dbell presses and bent rows.
5x10 for each: chest and back
Inc press 80x10, 75x10, 70x10, 65x8, 60x10
Steady 95 on the rows; strict

I did other stuff too, as usual, but the last time I did inc presses with 80's for 10 was in 2003, and the time before that was in 1993.
Whoa, flashback, nice, but it will be 90's soon!
 
its gratifying as hell to once again reach the landmarks of your "glory days" (just did the same myself) now the only way to go is up!
