Last night I went out with 4 guy friends and a girl. We took up the town in rare style, laughing all the way. I laughed so hard and regularly the musclles on the back of my head started to hurt from contracting them so much. I was grinning so much it feels like I just had a face lift. A couple of drinks but no drugs were involved, just a good ol' time between old friends. I don't have a headache at all, but the top and back of my head are reeling from laughing for so long and so hard. It feels good. Made me realize all those exercises in the gym are benefitial for your body, but if you don't exercise your laughter muscles, then you're missing something in life! Now, back to the biceps...

what? so laughter is the most important muscle? i dont understand you

but im glad you had fun with your friends

Definitely not the muscle I was expecting to hear about. But ok...laughing is important.
Glad u had fun.
You deserve a little sunshine :)

most important muscles.....hmm... the ones that control touching your thump to your forefinger....why you ask??? cause if you loose control of them you can't grab your zipper, and thenyou'd pee yourself everytime you went out, pretty soon they'd all leave you at home and no more laughs....

Glad you had a great time... seems like you needed one!

A most important muscle is one which would give the greatest reward for the least amount of effort. The muscles on the side and back of the head, which determnine the length and breadth of smiling, alleviate the mood and rise the spirit, tending rewards cast across the being. Lately I'd been too serious and lightening up seemed the best all around.
