Got down to 220 again (last time was in October 2009) only this time I have more muscle.
I'll be 51 next month.

My priority for the next month is arms, but I challenge anyone here with a "lat spread" to show me equal muscular definition overall (like I obviously have) in their back muscles.

I'm waiting for the pictures.

Hey you have come a long way and look great. I know guys in my gym half your age and juice to the gills who don't have the size and definition you do. It's a process for sure and you have made a lot of progress.

Havent taken any new pix in a good while...but heres some back shots...was 270 here bulking...

Thanks brutha...only wish I had your 34 inch waist and I would be good to go. My waist in those pix is like 39 inches...if I didn't have as much beef as I do up top, I would look like a fat fuck indeed.lol I was 42 in those pix, I'm 46 now and about the same build...but once I can SPELL cardeo, I will perhaps lean out. :p
 
You just took the summer off. Of course you are going to be de-conditioned. You already know this actually helps as long as you stay active and retain good nutrition while out of the weight room.
 
You old farts should have lots of arm muscle from wheeling your chairs around the old folks home.....lol...j/k
 
Taking an honest assessment of where I am I decided to be my own inspiration. I don't look like this anymore but by looking back, maybe I can gain some of the passion which built this. Been through the ringer these past few years, but it's time to rebuild as the foundation has not disappeared.

you have that nick nolte look going on bro, keep at you will be back there in no time.
