muscle tear and muscle shape

remember the tear of the ters major i had ? look what it did to the shape of my back !

That looks like it hurts. I tore my left bicep and it never recovered size or shape. Just something that I learned to live with.

that's amazing. i did the same thing that lifts did but to the right bicep. What can you do.
