This is a typical day of eating/supplementing for me on a training day. I never would of thought oatmeal was so wonderful but after eating basically no carbs for 9 weeks this is a god send.
The first shake is a PWO shake.
The last shake is empty, but its my nighttime shake and I didnt feel like making it yet, but thats what it is and why its empty.
