My first show

My 2 piece suit top SNAPPED while I was getting ready and posing, so needless to say it's a good thing we had safety pins handy, that could have been disastrous.

There were 115 athletes total so it took a loooong time. So that meant my class (D) had 13 women in it. Our two piece round went ok, they moved some around but not too many, I got moved toward the middle but not in the middle, :( then they hurried us through our one pieces so they didnt move ANYONE! WHAT!??!?! so I guess we'll see what happens tonight?!

Here are some pictures...they are from my roomie and so they arent so good cuz of the lights....oh well, i'm in the teal!

I ended up taking 5th! Very excited, The girl in the pink #78 took 1st in our division.
I thought it went pretty well, they didnt spend much time judging our class, they rushed through because prejudgin was going long. But i'm happy with my placement. I thought I looked a little better during the night show...but that's how it goes!

Sorry the pictures are so crappy, my roomie took them from the audience. When I get the real ones I'll post em up.

Just had my burger, fries and a beer and feel fabulous!
 
thanks everyone, i'mhappy with how I did. I looked better during the afternoon show, just a bit fuller and muscles popped more , which I guess is semi normal, but at best in my class I think 3rd-4th is all I could have got. 1 and 2 looked great. i'll post more shots once I get them. But thanks for all the support!

Awesome job!!! You looked great!! You should be very proud that you did as well as you did for a large show like that!! Good job girl!
 
You look fantastic, hitting the top 5 in your first show is really good especially in what looked like a very tough line up.
 
thanks everyone, i'll be sure to post up the professional pictures when I get some, I know the ones I posted arent great and the ones I linked are only slightly better.

Thanks everyone ;), looks like the photog's said it's going to be at least another week before we get photos...but i'll share when I get them
 
Now that i've seen some of the contest pics i have to give to ya..you looked sensational, spectacular. Great stage presence, beautiful symmetry...Legs shape is like whoa..you look like seasoned vet up there..Be proud, be very proud of yourself..Congratulations. .

wow, thanks Oly, I really appreciate that especailly coming from you because i know that you are honest about saying what you mean no matter what. So thanks again.
 
Very nice, takes a lot of guts to go infront of all those people knowing that there sole purpose is stare and critique you.
