And said that he is getting charges pressed against him for sleeping with a married woman (I know, I know but anyways).....is this true? Can this happen? If so what is the charges, he said he didnt' know, the girl just called him up and told him her ex-husband is pressing charges against them both.

When people are married and you brake them up it = to braking that contract. I heard about this before...crazy shit. You can sue.Not sure how much you can get out of it.

as far as I know, there is nothing illegal about it, unless your in military

why is it different if you're in military?

It is against the uniform code of military justice aka UCMJ, and yes they will bust you for it. I have seen it a few times.

no...not illegal in the US...maybe some backwards county...military or overseas....

I just heard this last week or so...some guy was trying to sue here in Chicago. Like I said...not sure did he get anything out of it.He had evidence and everything.Sad.

Twenty-six states continue to have anti-adultery laws on the books. These laws vary considerably. Some define adultery as any intercourse outside marriage. According to others, it occurs when a married person lives with someone other than his or her spouse. In West Virginia and North Carolina, simply "to lewdly and lasciviously associate" with anyone other than one's spouse is to be adulterous.

Is a single person in an adulterous relationship guilty of adultery? All but seven states punish both people involved. Colorado, Georgia, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Utah only punish the married person. In the District of Columbia and in Michigan, when a married man sleeps with an unmarried woman, only the man is guilty, but when a married woman sleeps with an unmarried man, they're both guilty. Most laws make no exceptions for couples who are separated or in the process of obtaining a divorce. Punishments also vary. Adultery is a felony in Massachusetts, Michigan, Oklahoma, and Idaho, and a misdemeanor everywhere else.

Any man fooling around with another man's wife deserves what he gets. No sympathy for the prick!

PLUS I WOULDN'T BE AS PISSED AS I WOULD AT THE WIFE, SHE SWORE AN OATH, SAID SHE LOVED ME, ETC.
BUT IF I CAUGHT THEM WHOA I WOULD PROBABLY GET WHITE HOT, AND ... YOU KNOW WHO KNOWS, BUT IT COULD GET UGLY
