My tummy right now is still suffering from the gall bladder surgery but I was cleared to go back to the gym. I had a rockin leg day yesterday and a great chest day today.
 
Would love to but have a skull and crossed pistons tatted on my left upper pec and across my back from my old pre-2nd time in prison, club days. And arms have some tats related to past things I've done as well. Call them campaign medals of sorts.
I was telling my wife this morning that it was a shame to look so good and not be able to share it with anyone!

Fuckin' eh' bro - to have a gut/waist like that at 5'7 AND 270lbs is killa - not to even mention the age! Props!

I've been dieting down:teleport:. I was at 251 yesterday morning so I took some pics. I am shredded at 250ish. I can't belive it. So not 270, but 250lbs. I feel better and can breath easier as well.

Back then we were having it out with the HA and trying to wipe out the Warlocks who had a club house not far from ours; actually the same state was a problem; wearing Florida rockers.
So they were mostly from doing bad things to bad people, and sometimes just punishing disrespect and flat out stupidity.
the club motto was/is God forgives, Outlaws don't.
 
Your leaner than me. You old school guys could probably still kick my ass.
