Well this is my latest pic I took last week. I am 55 and 5'9 at 215lbs, no clue of BF % at all so I wont even guess.. I still have alot of work to do but thinking on doing the over 50 class in November.. Any thoughts or advise are always welcome from the peeps.. Peace Out.. MOB.

Since the mid 80's when I was competing. Did a 15 year layoff from 1988 to 2003, then picked it up again and gains came quickly as the ole saying muscle memory theory came into effect.

Same as what MG stated, if you didn't give your age, i'd have guessed you were in your 20's! Very good shape for any age, especially for 55, you should be proud. Most guys your age depress me....thanks for the positive outlook for the future

My last contest was in 1988 where I won my class, most muscular and overall. I am thinking on competing in the upcoming November show in the over 50 class it will have.. Just not sure if it will be a BB class or classic class as of yet..

Thank you very much. I would say nearly 30yrs is a lifetime even tho I took a 15yr layoff and was able to come back and get where I am now..
