Hello everyone!

Thanks for popping in to check out my review of Pump Juice and I thank MidwestBeast for sending me a sample to try out.

I am 52 years old and been in the training game for over 25 years as I started getting serious with keeping in shape after recovering from a nervous breakdown as well as the fact I was once a fat fat kid.

Today (2.27.16) received the Cherry Berry Explosion flavor and this sounds like a great flavor so looking forward to trying this on Monday :cool:

OK today was my first day using this product.

Measured out one scoop and placed in a small pillbox so that I can just dump it into my bottle of Dasani water and drink it on my way to the gym.

About 30 mins before I arrived at the gym I poured out the premeasured product into my water bottle, and shook bottle to blend. As water was warm, the product still mixed quite well so give mixability a 9 out of 10.

Flavor was decent and not overpoweringly sweet like some other products nor was it chalky or chemical-ly tasting. Flavor I give a 10.

Within 10 minutes I got the tingly feeling all over so I know it's starting to work.

Arrived at gym feeling rather alert, energetic and focused. Started my workout with a vengeance!

Today was arms/chest day so it was:

Side and Front Laterals: 10x4x8, 15x4x8, 20x4x8, 15x4x8

Flat DB Press: 50x3x10, 65x3x10, 80x3x9 , 60x3x9 (could not go heavier as right shoulder was messing up.)

Incline DB Press: 40x4x10, 50x4x10, 65x4x8, 50x3x8

Seated DB Press (front): 25x4x10, 35x4x10, 50x4x8, 40x3x8

DB bent over rows: 35x4x10, 45x4x8, 55x3x7, 40x3x7 (was winded when done)

Biceps DB Curl: 25x4x10, 30x4x9, 40x4x8, 25x4x8

Seated Cable Row: 75x4x8, 105x4x8, 160x3x8, 105x3x7

Triceps Pushdowns: 40x3x10, 60x3x10, 80x3x8, 50x3x8

DB Shrugs: 45x3x8, 60x3x8, 80x3x8.

Cable Crossovers: 40x5x10, 60x4x10, 80x4x9, 50x3x9

Done.

Got to say my first day with this product was quite decent!
 
Workout #2 with Pump Juice in one word: Amazing

Leg day today was much better and was able to do more on rack pulls, leg press and hack squats. No crash at all with this product and I always get a soft landing at the end when it wears off. Some pwo's tend to make me crash but Pump Juice didn't have that feeling.
 
im waiting for monday to strip off a few more lbs but im so excited i hate pwo drinks that make u crash i love good ones my friend tried pump juice a while ago and loved it......................

Hi Cane, yes I've been feeling more energetic after taking Pump Juice, but in coming days will assess my overall level considering I haven't used this particular product before.

Awesome initial review, bro -- really appreciate the detail.

I'm glad you're noticing the same thing that I love about a pre-workout and that's a steady increase in energy/focus/alertness, but no over-stimulation and no crash afterward. That's the best!

Also, that's a heck of a workout on Day 1 lol -- tons of volume!
 
OK today was totally out of this world!

Shoulder press machine - PR 100lbs each hand for 3 reps!

Incline Machine Press - 180lbs PR for 4!

Monster set using the 45-65-75 fixed weight short barbells:

4x8 Overhead press
4x8 Bent Over Rows
4x8 Upright rows
4x8 BB Curls

Arms were toasted after that.

BW Neutral Grip Pullups - 10x
25lb weighted pullups 4x

Seated rows - 4x8x3 100-165-200

Triceps pulldowns: 4x8x3 40-60-80!
Reverse pec deck - 4x8x3 70-85-115!

45 Pushups

Done!

Was so wired up today...Pump Juice helped me a lot so got a lot done :)

So far the reports have been very good, especially for the guys that dont like the overstimmed feeling but are more focused towards clean energy and strong pump

another great log, im very happy with the guys we picked in our logging opportunies

Went to the gym Monday and took another dose of Pump Juice. As it was arm day got a satisfying workout in despite being short on time. So far no adverse reactions so this product is great for those older lifters who don't want that cracked out feeling.

Went to the gym today and as I got out of work a tad early made it to the gym for a bit of a longer workout. Leg day was OK but had some issue with my right leg but managed to grind it out.

Well this weekend was shot...had to go out of state to attend a family get together so will get in a good workout Monday. At least the downtime will help alleviate the nagging pain from some old injuries.
 
Man I swear no pre workout works for me. I have used everything under the sun so I finally just quit and have been off for a few months. Maybe I should give this a shot.

its ok you dont have to update this everyday.. 3 times a week would be perfect.

Definitely worth it, IMO.

I used to use stuff just based on hype or advertising, but now it's all about the ingredient label.

And PJE does an awesome job of giving you great ingredients for pump and endurance, as well as focus and energy without driving you crazy from jitters or feeling sick to your stomach.

Hope the time off helped the body rest up and recharge a bit for ya. And also hope the family get together was enjoyable for you.

Thanks MWB it has been a great weekend and haven't posted up lately due to being busy with work and taking care of things. I have used Pump Juice Monday and today and still going solid...no tolerance build up yet so that's another good sign. Still a big help in the gym so been able to squat press 6 plates today and standing calf raises with 225 on the barbell.

So yes Pump Juice delivers!

honestly i always hated preworkout drinks but this is perfect not overstimulated which i was worried about its just enough to feel good and get pumps and it wears off when ur done training...........

Ditto...this one's smooth as butter and no hard landings and the energy lasts my entire workout.
