11 weeks to the garden state classic !

5'8" 216 today, i plan on competing @ light heavy open so right around 195 or so @ 4 - 5 % bodyfat. right now about 9 -10 %. more pics of upstairs soon !

legs are looking good!!! they have great shape, I like th outter sweep!!!

Littlehouse, can you give us a breakdown of your diet?
 
I wish that my legs had the outer sweep that you have. Looking good bro.

Can you believe they call Jersey the Garden State? Good luck and nice outer sweep I might be checking out that show! I am in the area...

Yeah Easto no problem. It is really VERY simple.

Typical day 1 - 4

#1 - 6 egg whites, 1 cup plain grits ( i use splenda for taste )
#2 - Ground beef/turkey ( 1/2 lb. ) asparagus
#3 - 2 chicken breast
#4 - 2 scoops whey/water/flax oil/little banana/little peanut butter
#5 - 1/2 lb ground beef/turkey, asparagus
#6 - ( pre workout ) 2 cups rice baby cereal/water
#7 - ( post workout ) same shake as above ( maybe a little more banana )
#8 - filet of fish or maybe london broil w/ salad and asparagus

days 5 -7 are typically the same except meal # 3 i will have buckwheat pancakes
and meal #5, i might have 1 1/2 cup rice and a yam. that is the extent of my carb load days ! hope this helps !

I like the diet. You must be on the john often:D I wish I could eat that much:(
