Nandi Memorial Details
Nandi's memorial will be on Thursday. He has been cremated and his ashes interned in a bronze urn. His wife, Elaine, is obviously quite devastated by all of this and I would like to have a way that people can express any condolences that they may have for her and Nandi (Karls) family.

I will forward the cards to Nandi's wife. Elaine does not fully understand the community that Nandi was involved in, but she does know that he spent a lot of time on the net with us and that he was valued. As such, she would like to maintain some modicum of privacy at this time, as her and Karl were private people. As for the cards, they will not be reviewed by anyone other than her. Just send the card with any words you have, seal it in an envelope, write "condolences for Karl" or something along those lines and then put it in another letter addressed to the above address.
In the next few days, I will give some more information on Karl and who he was as a person, as well as some worthy causes that some of us may want to donate to in his name.
I really hope that we can all pull together in a time like this and show some support for Karl's wife. There is no questions that Karl had a huge impact on this community and it is because of him that many of us are as educated on subjects of pharmacology and physiology as we are. Karl was a beacon of truth and honesty through a sea of misinformation. Karl was dedicated until the end to being that beacon. In fact, up until nearly the hour of his death he was working on research for the boards.
Like I said, I will post more information on Karl in the next day or so, but lets come together now and honor his legacy.
If you post on other boards, I suggest that you make this information available so that others may come here and post their condolences as well as receive more information about Karl. I hope all the board administrators will find it in their hearts to allow this message to be heard,We have had a huge loss that transcends petty board loyalty and competition.
