Need some help! Drug testing and probation issues.

So a buddy of mine got in trouble and has some felony warrants out for possession of a controled substance and they already said that on his probation he would have to do drug testing. Well he has rounded up enough money for bond and wants to turn himself in this weekend but he will test positive if the test him when he turns himself in. He isnt going to do it anymore but is afraid if they will test him when he turns himself in for the warrant. Do you think they will test him the day he turns himself in since he isnt on probation yet.

like do you thnk when he turns himself in are they going to test him right there for narcotics you know. I know they wont test him for juice even though he has been off for a while but since his probation technically hasnt started and hes turning himself in for the warrants that are out. Will they drug test him?

I was on felony probation for 2 yrs. They tested me once a month for the first 6 -8 months then once every 2 months for the remainder.I popped for thc(weed) like 3 months in, very faint results,and she said "stay clean" also a buddy of mine was on same time as
me with a different prob. officer and he popped twice once for herb the for coke next time and he got locked up for 2 weeks. From my exp. and other law breaking citizens, you usually get one freebie, then thats your last.:eerchug:

BTW- If you pop for coke or other stims your a moron cause it stays in your system for 3 days tops, If you can't work around that then you have a serious drug problem.

In my experience, he WILL get tested when he turn himself in. Unless things have changed in the last 8 yrs. When i had to do a similar thing.

Drink LOTS of water. They will probably do an EMIT5 which tests for metabolites in concentration. So the key to beating that test is.

#1 Dont do drugs
#2 Dilute you URINE as much as possible

Drinking a couple gallons of water prior to the test, making sure your urine is clear, and not giving them the beginning or end of your urine stream, the middle is best as the specific gravity of the metabolites.

If they think he's a druggie and it sounds like he is, they will test him right the bat.
