hi iam unclem, just joined today. a little bit about me, ive been on this form in 2015. i suffered a heart attack which knocked me for a loop, almost died. then i got hit with a brain tumor ( pituitary) which they removed all awhile i started lifting 7 days later. i know fuzo, baby1 well. but i do compete as a matter afact i got a city show coming up just to get the rust off. but my memory since my heart attack is not very good. it came from being down to long before cpr was done. ok i love bb and the guys, girls in it. ok just a little about me. iam cool to get along with. ive been training 40 yrs. iam 6' 266 lbs. going to get down to 225 lbs. well thanks for listening.
