Forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong place but I don't see a section for new members to post a hello.
I've been working out on/off for about 15yrs., i'm 33yrs old, completed a few cycles and have done well in the weight department but always looking for more. Just wanted to shout out a big hello to all the other bro's and ladies on here and a big thanks to fkitletsgo for inviting me to join your form.
I'll just read a bit here for now and help out anywhere I can.
