I'm new to the forum and this is the first time I've joined such community. I've been working out for a little over 5 years now, and there's still loads to learn.
I've been browsing similar forums in the past few weeks and thought I'd join one. Some seem reaaaally slow lol, and so far I think this has a very engaging community so I chose to sign up on here. I figured I'll find myself more motivated and focused if I kept a log of some sort and be surrounded by people who are pros at what they do.
