Its not rocket science. And this dude over complicates it. BUT, if you've ever competed you know exactly why he's so frustrated. The actual judging can be very subjective. I never had any problems back in my time. But i did feel that some of these 3 inch lifts should not count. Usually there's a requited width of grip. But because no two people are the same size even though they may be the same weight, even that has to be taken into account. But overall, while over complicated, he does lay out the new rules while asking the questions that every competitor will ask.
