Dath here, 32, 6'0" 201 lbs currently 10-12% bf 6 plus years consistent training.
New here to Anabolic-enhancement and looking forward to furthering my knowledge in all aspects.

We take great pride in keeping the young childish Drama bullshit away from here. But the Ol Guys poke at eachother and keep it lively . Its a great atmosphere to learn .
 
Welcome to the family bro, glad you could make it over.. As far as the drama I think you be glad to see none of that shit goes on here mainly becuase 90% of the members are on social security and are just grumpy but to old to bitch much..lol Enjoy and post often..
 
Welcome dude, were not the biggest place but were a tight knit group that looks and helps each other. You can learn a lot here..
