New spilt... help?

My current workout...

Mon: Chest / bis / cardio
Tues: Legs / calves
Wed: cardio / off lifting
Thurs: Shoulders / Tri's / Cardio
Friday: back / cardio
Sat: cardio only
Sun full day off...

I need help with a workout... If someone has time I would like to see if someone can offer advices on a push pull routine? or maybe something better??

I am currently cutting... I go heavy as I can for alot of reps... HIT.... Word... thanks in advance.,..
