New to the Site

Nice site, I just signed up. Here is a current pic of me. I am in the process of a total transformation.

I started training 3 years ago. My stats were 5-10 265lbs at about 40% bf (never lifted a weight in my life) My diet was all fat and calories for all of my life and little to no physical activity. I wore a size 46 pants

After 14 months of cardio and diet I brought my weight down to 205. Then I started lifting weights. My diet still needs some improvments and it shows.

Now I'm 235 and I'm guessing around 23-25% bf. Now I wear a size 38 pants now.

I know pic is crappy camera phone quality and it's from the waist up but let me know what you guys think. btw my quads are 27" and my calves are 18 and bis are 17.5 :)

Welcome to the board, there are some very knowledgeable people here who can help you out. :roll:
 
From the stats mentioned, to the now picture.. That's a vast improvement brotha, and much props for that...I've watched a buddy of mine change drastically in a year, as I helped him out with everything I could...Dropping from 315lbs to 240 and looking better then ever in his life...Takes alot of dedication brotha, good job.
 
welcome to PM bro....and from how you explained your body before the transformation all i can say is great job bro.....takes a lot of dedication...looks like you can really build even more and lose the extra bf is you stick with it...
