Nice site, I just signed up. Here is a current pic of me. I am in the process of a total transformation.
I started training 3 years ago. My stats were 5-10 265lbs at about 40% bf (never lifted a weight in my life) My diet was all fat and calories for all of my life and little to no physical activity. I wore a size 46 pants
After 14 months of cardio and diet I brought my weight down to 205. Then I started lifting weights. My diet still needs some improvments and it shows.
Now I'm 235 and I'm guessing around 23-25% bf. Now I wear a size 38 pants now.
I know pic is crappy camera phone quality and it's from the waist up but let me know what you guys think. btw my quads are 27" and my calves are 18 and bis are 17.5
