Usually when looking over someones diet whom is looking to shed some fat, the first thing they will tell is they are carb sensitive. Although there are exceptions to the rule (not many), most are not. In fact, the error lays right where it does 90% of the time...your diet. Food choices(carb types), carb timing plays a huge role in weight gain. Before labeling yourself as "carb sensitive", take a closer look at your diet and you might be surprised to see, your actually far from it ;)

Again, there are exceptions. But don't kid yourself, we are not all carb sensitive :buff:

Good post. I think people need to analyze their diets better than what they do. Some people say they are carb sensitive etc...can people actually be THAT much different when it comes to dieting. Why do some say they are carb sensitive? Could it be that the individual was consuming the wrong kind of carbs to begin with? Like I said, some need to analyze what they are doing in a days time to get a better picture before they determine what the problem is.

Buff, The way people eat causes them to be carb sensitive, know what I mean..
