Usually when looking over someones diet whom is looking to shed some fat, the first thing they will tell is they are carb sensitive. Although there are exceptions to the rule (not many), most are not. In fact, the error lays right where it does 90% of the time...your diet. Food choices(carb types), carb timing plays a huge role in weight gain. Before labeling yourself as "carb sensitive", take a closer look at your diet and you might be surprised to see, your actually far from it
