Curious if anyone has a preference... I've never been a big deca fan; mainly because I never felt any real joint relief and it made me bloated as fuck. I have ran NPP before and had a completely different experience; didn't hold nearly as much water and felt great.... fealt full all the time and had some great pumps. In the past I have preferred equipoise over deca since my body responds really well to it and from my understanding is much more effective at collagen restoration than deca is, but I am really wanting to stop using eq as it really increases rbc.

anyone have a preference between the two?

Deca reduces joint pain by reducing inflammation via by the cell mediated immune system. Please don't ask me to explain how but I have read a few papers on it.
IMO npp gives a dryer better look.

is that same cell mediated immune response only present in deca and not NPP? whats the longest you have ran deca for? if indefinitely then what dose would you run that? under 400mg?

I'm not sure about the anti inflammatory benefits of NPP, I expect that there is some but the papers that I have seen only concerned deca. 400mgs/wk imo is good.
I have run 400mgs/wk of deca for up to two years at a time. I don't suggest that you do that.

They are virtually the same but different half lives so I always preferred NPP once it came out. NPP clears quicker so the sides are more manageable for me. I also like TPP better than anything else too but same results.

NPP gave immediate strength in the gym that surprised me. Only ran it once for few weeks, am considering running again.
