I am not that good at Posing because I don't really know how. I really need to get a partner again. I miss having one. Solo is cool.. but every once in awhile I would like to have one.... especially chest day
 
I used to workout on my own all the time and did fine. All you really need a partner for is for liftoffs on the bench, and you can get those from almost anybody in the gym.

Just looks like you need to drop some bodyfat. Get on a good diet and stick to it. Many ppl here can help out if they don't I can post up the diet I am currently doing to try and stay around my weight. Also with the weight loss that will really help you out on the pull-up situation that you are currently struggling with. Think how much easier it would be being 40-50lbs lighter
 
yeah if you shed some weight, I bet you'll be surprised how much muscle you have hiding under all that:)

I am an extremely picky eater G4E.. we should talk about what to eat and not eat...
 
My current diet
Meal one: 50-75gram protein shake. 1table spoon of flax seed oil or 1/4cup almonds
Meal two: Chicken and brown rice OR tuna and oatmeal
Meal three: Chicken and brown rice Or tuna and oatmeal OR Shake and oatmeal OR Chicken and sweet potato
Meal 4: Chicken and brown rice Or tuna and oatmeal OR Shake and oatmeal OR Chicken and sweet potato
Meal 5: Steak
Meal 6: Ground Turkey
Meal 7: Shake and flax or almonds

This is pretty much the rough sketch of my diet. It all consists of the following
Chicken
Ground Turkey
Steak
Fish
Sweet potato
Oatmeal
Brown Rice
Almonds
Flax oil
Protein Shake
Post workout: fast carbs like a dex/malt mix

In the past I did a timed carb diet but found that really hard so i'm trying more of a carb cutoff now and it's not as bad
 
very similar to my diet. 90% of the time I eat tuna/chicken/turkey/eggs/beef/whey/rice/oats/peanuts/almonds/flax

no particular order
 
ok I tried the many meals a day thing.. I started to get indigestion and heart burn someething fierce. And I was feelling like I was going to throw up most of the time as well so I stopped that.
 
my daily eating habits Monday thru thursday
Breakfast : Oatmeal Maple and brown sugar
Lunch : 2 turkey baloney sandwiches one bag of chips
Dinner: varies if wife is home or no.

Friday through sunday:
pretty much whatever I can scrounge
 
wow............that diet is horrible bro.........seriously. and please do not take that the wrong way, but if you improve your diet your results will amaze you compared to what your seeing now as far as results. and how in the world can eating small meals thru out the day cause heartburn? that makes no sense at all, because the samller the meal, the easier on the body it is to digest.
 
i allways train alone! i,ve had many partners over the years, but sooner or later they start letting you down, and your workouts suffer as a result! by working out alone, you can really focus on what your doing with no distractions, just totally ignore anything else going on around you!! or do what i did and build your own gym in your garden!! lol. then it,s just you and the spiders!!
 
I don't have much space in my house.. my deck is pretty small. I live in a townhouse development. And I only really want a partner for when I do chest. Also, I tend not to rest much inbetween sets when I have no partner... Back arm shoulder and leg day I don't mind not having a partner, but when I do chest I like to have it free weight not the machine. And about asking a person to help me with a spot... I go when there is no one in the gym but me and the girl at the counter.
