Well I just started going to the gym AGAIN, after a year of hell(financially,emotionally, phisically) But things are on the right track now and I am all caught up with my payments and I started back on Monday. My goals are to loose 100+ pounds :bang: and I hope to compete next June with a freind who just did her first competition last month. I know I can do and am looking forward to seeing results. I am going 2 times a day to the gym, at 5-6 am cardio( before class) & again after class at 12:30pm for more cardio and weights. My diet( with some help from an old friend bmz)
meal1(6:45am)-shake
meal2(9am)-chicken, fruit
meal3(11am)-chicken, veggies
meal4(3pm)- shake from the gym
meal5(5:30pm)- fish or eggs, steamed veggies and cottage cheese .
meal6(7:30pm)-fat free jello.
I am drinking 9-12 glasses of water
1-3 glasses of tea
1 diet pop
so far I have lost 3lbs since Monday. Any body have any comments on how I could improve anything.Please be nice as I am already ashamed of how things have gotten out of control
, But I am trying to right them.
