Old pics...my first show ever

Posted these in general section a few weeks back...deleted them. Wanted to post again here in the correct section. I'm famous for losing pics and little shit, so I wanna put em' here for backup also hehe. :p

Btw this was my first show ever back when I was 16. Hadn't seen these pics in like 25+ years...then when I was back up north this past month visiting family, one of my old school friends from back in the day at the gym still had these pics and hooked me up. :)

haha... hell ya, old school dph... use to get alot of tail back then with that gold chain and hair too i bet :D
 
Yeah back in the good ol' days...daily routine was go to school, then go to the YMCA or Nautilus Club and kick ass with the iron, go home and eat, go to my gf's and try to silently bang her in the basement so her parents wouldn't hear, then go home late at night and before crashing, drink a biiiiiiggggg shake of Weiders 90% Protein Powder, 6 raw eggs, couple cups of milk and scoop of ice cream hehe. Good shit to gain. :D

p.s...I even remember my routine haha...I kicked each bdpt 2x per week...mon/thurs was chest/back/delts and tues/fri was legs/arms. That routine put me from weighing 170 at 14 to 225 at 17...in that pic I am 195 believe it or not...look skinnier coz I'm 6'0 tall. :p

That was before we knew about pwo, 6 meals a day and strawberry banana whey protein. I used to blend Nu-Life non-instantized milk & egg protein and dump in 6 raw eggs and a couple of heaping tbs dessicated liver. You had to hold your nose and gag that stuff down. :D
