I'll be glad to not have to mow the effin' yard for awhile. Summer time here is blazing hot, and yard work sucks!

I'd hire somebody, but don't want to look like a weiny...lol

lmao I know what you mean dude, I hate yard work but love having a nice looking yard but these dam 90+ deg days are starting to blow!! I'm so ready for fall.. And by the feel of the morning air it won't be long..

Ahhh yes the cool weather morning , fall evenings ....
As far as the yard mowing ,well we had the hottest dryest year yet this year and I mowed twice all spring ,summer so far and fixin to have to mow agian ,,But I welcome with open arms the cooler weather ,the Bow deer season and the smoked venison and backstraps on the grill ...MMmmmm the delightfulness of Octobers beginings.....

my grass is in full gear growing again. my son mowed it yesterday. I told him yesterday I could have a lawn service do it for $30/week, which is alot more than he costs me a month. with love of course.

I've been consistent in keeping it cut, but last weekend when I cut it, it hadn't been done in almost 3 weeks, and damn it sucked. The worse pasrt is emptying the grass feeder and having the dust fly up in the air on 100 degree weather...yuck!

Yea, I welcome fall too, and freezer, I think you are right, it's cooling down some at night and early mornings out here.

I need to find a way to kill off this st. augustine grass shit. Stuff grows visciously!

Dude, I have a Gardner, pool guy and cleaning ladies, I will be a weiny..

Mine has been growing so damn fast .. I have to cut it once a week or I have a hippy lawn.. What really sucks is that as soon as I do mow, My Yoshino Cherry Trees are dropping their leaves early this year and makes it still look like crap out front..

Mines been ok. Lots a rain but not growing out of hand. First summer in the new house. New state so we'll see. I do know I won't be cutting it much longer. Lol. It's getting cold here already.

Try living in Florida. You can sit outside and watch the grass grow if the mosquito's don't carry you away..
