Hello all,
Well as some of you have found out for the past 6 days our site has been gving odd or rejected order responses. Turns out the credit processing company and our hosting company did a simultaneous upgrade without talking to each other. Needless to say it has been a huge hassle for myself and my customers. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. I have emailed each customer with instructions and a very valuable apology
.
There are NO issues with our company as far as being in business. Thank you to all of you that emailed me with your concerns and well wishes. Nothing shady happened other than a bunch of corporate fuckups that affected about 1500 companies
. Worst par was they will not even compensate us companies for lost revenue or time....
It should also be noted that another casualty of heir fubar was all web/pop email. I have sinc received about 620 emails so I am getting to them as fast as possible. Most have already been addressed. If yo uhave an outstanding issue PLEASE resend the email and I will get back to you within 24 hours max.
