Been living in a cave these past two years, been through hell and back. Surprised I survived it. Kept my brim down, passed through lightly, been living on the lean. Some may have thought I was dead, others wished it were so, but not yet, just staying low. Had some cancer to deal with and getting it cut out has changed my look on things; the way I look. Helped me clear out some cobwebs in my mind. Time to shake off the chains though, seek the fresh air, and get into the light. It was a harrowing ordeal and I'm ready to move on. On my move out of my darkness I tweeked my knee 2 months ago squatting 730 on a machine. Missed the safety and all the weight came down one one leg. Caught it just as the knee went past the 90 degree mark. Thankfully no permanent damage. I had been doing leg extensions with 200 for sets of 20 for a couple of weeks before that, I guess they helped prevent an injury. Stopped in here yesterday for the first time in 8 months, I miss the camaraderie, so I reopened my account. Although, this time, after what I've been through, personal, physical and emotional hell-on-earth, I don't think I will be as green or frail or cocky this time around.
