Thanks for the input, Darkness. The volume also seems pretty low in comparison to other programs.
 
I work each body part every fourth day. Shorter, intense, more frequent workouts with moderate volume.
 
I've been doing a push/ pull routine, high intensity. Everything gets hit twice a week. Example: Back/chest legs/shoulders bi's/tri's/abs. different movements/exercises/grips, for muscle groups second time around in the week. Moderate weight, opposing exercises back to back. Rest 1-2 min in between. 45 min workout time. Cardio 3 days a week. Really intense, got nothing left in the tank by the time I'm done.
 
That looks like one hell of a routine! I'm definitely open to trying it. Thanks for being so descriptive b52.
