I don’t even want to watch. Watching shit like that makes me cringe! Knock on wood. Never had a bad tear. Probably why I will always be small. I don’t like to push up the weight. Not unless I have a real good warmup but by then I’m not as strong so what’s the point. I just try to be consistent with small improvements here and there. You can’t expect to use progressive overload when cycling gear. Unless you keep a journal. Which I’m too lazy to do. Your strength goes way down when you come off. And when you start a cycle you can’t just throw up what you can do or what you were doing last blast. You have to work your way up so your tendons and connective tissue can handle it. I just focus on hitting failure or close to failure with lighter weight. Science says rep range doesn’t matter. Unless your getting over like 20 reps. Then your CNS can fail before your muscle does. Just my 2 cents.
