this is from a couple of weeks ago, 13 weeks out, way too fat at 234 and around 15%. 6'2" tall, 17.9" R-bi, 52.5" lat spread, 27" r quad, 26" l quad, waist 36"

I'm down to 224 now in 2.5 weeks. will try to take pics this weekend
I HATE FREAKING CARDIO!!!!

OK, won't let me attach a jpg file only 22kb size

Here's an image link

You have a good base and do not look bad at all. You're heading in the right direction so keep at it and don't worry about looks now. it'll all come together. SHow me someone who likes cardio! If you're not using green tea, cla and ala. They helped me some. you'll still need to do cardio though. while your at it do my cardio too ok!

Cla & ALA are in there, Green tea is coming in tablet form 2 per day with some other mild thermos.
I've restricted my caloric intake to 2500-3000 per day depending whether it's lifting or cardio
also taking glutamine, creatine, BCAA's, making sure to get the protein in every meal.
Trying my best to keep the muscle
I've upped my HRT test dosage about 50% with 1/2 being prop.
I noticed an immediate loss in strength after the first week of dieting, 3000 cals vs 5000 cals is a BIG FRIKKIN difference in strength.
cardio 15 min MWF before lifting, 30min after lifting, T-TH-Sun 1 full hour
dropped the poundages, focusing on higher reps and fuller ROM. 20 rep squats suck, even at only 225lbs

Squats and deads will spend the calories which is what you want. Also try taking protein before bed. a shake before bed will help burn calories while you sleep. it'll all happen so keep at it.

Good work, keep us updated on your progress. If you have any diet questions feel free to ask.

Per advice from our local trainer/nationals competitor, I have modified my diet.
Lifting days
430am shake 25g protein, creatine, 10g BCAAs
600am shake 40g protein, creatine, 10g BCAAs
715am shake 70g protein/25g malto/30g oat powder/10g MCT powder
900am 45g protein or 2oz dry roasted unsalted nuts or 4oz beef jerky
1145am 6-8oz chicken or lean beef, green beans, corn, peas, carrots, or broccoli
300pm shake 50g protein, 14g fat, 3g carb (isopure & 1oz dry roasted peanuts)
530pm 6-8oz chicken or lean beef, green beans, corn, peas, carrots, or broccoli
800pm 2oz dry roasted unsalted nuts or 60g protein
9pm bed
ALL shakes in water, have dropped milk, taking calcium supps.

Non lifting days knock out the first two shakes and add some Body Octane, BCAA's, and NO Explode (makes me THINK I've had something)

Basic weekly workout as follows

Coming along good. I like seeing your progress.

9 weeks out now, weighed 221 yesterday.
So 13 lbs in 4 weeks.
I may push out my show 2 weeks as my wife has decided she wants to compete in figure, but can't be ready by end of April.
But I'm still prepping for the April show.

Pushed out to new show
So STILL nine weeks out
Down to 219
