Thanks bro I am really working on it. I am killing the cardio right now and diet is on point except for a day on the weekend where I will eat whatever I want(within reason lol)

SURPRISE! lol. Actually thanks to me being irish and german I am pretty pale and that was the only setting on my phone that would actually show my true definition lol.

I definitely wouldn't think fat or slob.
Arms look good and the abs are showing.
Plus you have the V going in the right direction.
It's easy to notice with your broad shoulders.
