plumbing nightmare!!!!!!!!

it all started saturday Christmas morning, I took a shower and the water did not go down it kept coming up and up, by the time I was done it was past my ankles! I ran 2 whole bottles of draino down the bastard and nothing :banghead:

I have had slow drains in the bathroom for 8 yrs but this was the last fucking straw, this is a 100 yr old house and I knew what had to be done.........cut up the floor and replace all the old galvined shit with new PVC. started sunday after my workout, cut all the floor out, pulled all the old drains. managed to cut a copper water line in the process. Some dumbass had it right against the floor, so when I cut the floor I cut it :devil1:

I was getting pissed! I had the blade set to cut less that a 16th of an inch below the floor just in case of this, what luck huh?

today i get up but all the shit I need to replace the plumbing, started at 7:30 AM this morning and finished with everything at 5PM, what a bitch everything tht could go wrong did!. I was ready to kill someone :bash:

I know the feeling. I had a huge Fruitless Maple on my sewer line... I had to replace the clay pipe with PVC. I had to rent a little rubber tread excavator... I had a ditch 6' wide after I pulled all the roots. Then... I left the cap off the clean-out... my son drops a little football down the pipe. OK... that should have been no problem. But... when the city tapped the mainline they didn't wrap the 90 before they poured the cement footer... so the tie-in was laid down with a half pipe of cement (it seaped through the connection). All in all.... it cost about 1000 bucks to fix it. I still have the football. I thought I would save some money by doing it myself... whatever!
