What do you use for PWO, and why? I used to be a die hard fan of Dextrose PWO, because of the high insulin response it causes, but that also had it's draw backs. There was a much greater chance for me to have a spill over with the dex (since I workout out in the PM), then using something like oatmeal(flavored). I switched it up cutting up this time around, and it made a huge difference since I have no carb cut off on training days (PM workout). I will continue to use it when I head into bulking. It's the only way to go for me now
