pre workout drink

I have 3 scoops of Whey and 1 package of instant oatmeal in a shaker cup. My pre-workout meal is also my first meal of the day. About 30 minutes before my workout.
 
right before, honestly nothing. Maybe a monster drink and an apple :)

no more bananas for me :( And I don't have this RIGHT before- I have it an hour before.
 
Whole wheat pasta or oats about 90 mins before. I was experimenting with a high GI drink just before and during my workout but it didn't work well for me.
